# Exercises in Calculus

by
Norman Dobson, edited by Thomas Gideon

(Thanks
to Daniel Gatien for proofreading.)

### Forward

These
exercises were given by the late Norman Dobson under the title "Final Exam
Problems." They are excellent problems in preparation for examinations. I
have used them with students in the past and have found that industrious
students improve their performance by doing these problems.

The files are available in
portable document format (pdf) or in postscript (ps). If you have the Adobe
Acrobat Reader, you can use it to view and print files in portable document
format. The latest version of the Acrobat Reader is available for free here.
Viewing and printing postscript files can be done with gv (for linux and
friends), or GSview
(for MS-Windows).
